JMO Biz Support is owned and operated by Jacqueline Opferman, CPS of Charlotte, NC. As owner of JMO Biz Support (a division of JMO Administrative Services), I personally will provide excellence to your business.
In November of 2006, Jacki obtained my CPS (Certified Professional Secretary), to provide your company with the high level exceptional knowledge and professional skills that it deserves.
Jacki began her career as a Computer Programmer working for Lehigh Design and Executive Monitor in Pittsburgh, PA. She then settled down to have a family and was a stay-at-home mom. When returning to the workforce her field of interest focused on administrative. In addition to over 12 years of Executive Administrative Assistant/Office Manager experience, I also earned the Certified ADHD VA designation. I was inspired in part by my work with a non-profit organization for children with ADD/ADHD to work toward this ADHD Aware certification. I have also obtained the Certified Social Media Marketing Specialist, Certified Shopping Cart Strategist among may other certifications to keep her skills at a top notch level.
Jacki has a lot of patience and she has the skills to help keep you organized, efficient and focused.
On a personal note, Jacki has been married to her best friend Tom since 1977, and lived most of her life in Pittsburgh, PA. They moved to Pleasanton, CA to advance Tom’s career but have now been granted their heart’s desire: to relocate to Charlotte, NC where they have a new home and will happily be closer to friends and family on the east coast. Jacki has two grown children Jennifer and Tom and loves to travel, sew, garden and scrapbook.
